CHary
This is one more item that I found in Arkansas. Maybe I just have a big imagination, but could this be fossilized scat? I saw similar photos online and the person who posted it called it "turtle poop". I would appreciate any other suggestions as to what it could be. Thanks! Kane
Looks more like a worm burrow to me. Perhaps @GeschWhat would be able to say for certain if this is or is not coprolite. ...How to Philosophize with a Hammer

FossilDudeCO
It does look like a poop! Alas...I will have to agree with worm burrow. Do you know the age of it? That could help pretty quickly!
Miocene_Mason
Without inclusions, and with the incredible prevalence of our slimy friends handiwork, I'd say worm burrow as well (although other invertabrates may have made it as well). “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason
westcoast
Agree it looks like a trace fossil but as whodamanHD says it could have been made by a number of creatures. I'd say worm is the least likely option.
GeschWhat
The composition of a coprolite generally differs from the host matrix. Since your fossil appears to be made up of the same material as the matrix, I'm going with burrow as well. Though, I agree, it really does look poopy.
