Is this made from bone or tooth?

I don't think it looks like either. Looks like ceramic or plastic or something.

If you hold a match up to it and it melts, its plastic

Looks like oxidized lead to Me. Is it easily bent?

Could be a good call.

Doesnt look toothy or boney (to use the technical terms :P)

It is most likely a piece of lead.

It looks manufactured. I'm in with lead or some other soft metal.

Yeah, first impression wa metal of some sort, and lead oxidizes white.

Humm, not meaning to be the proverbial stick in the mud, but I have never known oxidized lead (or anything else that is oxidized) to be shiny when light is shown on it.  Note the reflection in the close up shots.

Thats a good point. Also, there is a sorta pattern  on the first few pics.

When you bend it, does it stay in the shape you bent it into?

It doesn't look like oxidation to me. :headscratch: Could it be paint? It seems glossy. Try seeing if the white scratches off, and note what it looks like underneath.

The white stuff does not come off and when I bend it goes back to the same position

That would rule out lead.

Can You scratch it?

Its not a fish hook or bone. Neither should bend.
