What kind of skull is this?

Where was this found?

 

I'm not seeing a lot of bone-like material, but maybe others can chime in. 

 

What size is it? Perhaps retake the photo with some kind of scale, like a ruler.

You also didn't answer where this was found. That is essential to pinpointing specimens to their area. Texas is a big state with a lot of different geology.

More like he meant that he wasnt gonna say anything by the end of that sentence, then said his initals.
