Can we get more pictures from different angles, and an approximate location? It hard to tell but I'm guessing coral or worm tubes.

Found it in mackinaw island, in Michigan with many other rocks, close to water.  I will take a few more pictures.

I'm guessing worn horn coral.

Yes, that's another Paleozoic horn coral. Being from Michigan makes it that much more likely (compared to being from Western WA for example) but yours are pretty unmistakeable.
