Fossil found in Colorado National Monument

Saw this laying near a trail head on top of Colorado National Monument outside of Grand Junction. No clue what it is, but am quite curious!

It looks like it could be a possible horn coral.

Did you take more pictures of it that you can share with us? or can you go back and try to find it again?

Unfortunately its the only photo I took. I know exactly where it is, but it's a 3 hour drive from where I live.

I would agree, ...This looks like a bryozoan encrusted rugose coral. Also known as horn coral.

Neat find.
