Miocene_Mason
I found this bone yesterday on matoaka beach, I'm wondering what it belonged to, or where in the skeleton it was. It has one concave side, so I'm guessing a joint somewhere. Miocene Choptank formation. if more pictures are needed I can provide them. “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason
Darktooth
I don't know if there is enough to make a positive id. I like Trilo-butts and I cannot lie.

Surely it can be narrowed down at least a little with bone structure, right? Mammal? Reptile? Cetacean? If not I'll live with just bone on the label... “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason
