The small heart shaped piece appears to be an epiphysis (growth plate on end of a long bone) associated with a vertebra. I'm not sure of what animal other than mammal. The other 2 broken bones appear to be long bones associated with an animals legs, probably mammal.

Best I can do.

Do you know what the heart shaped one could belong too?

Mammal vertebra is my best guess. Not sure anymore than that. I can't tell if its fossilized or not. You could try the "match test." Put a lit match to one small portion, if it burns and smells its extant (modern) and if it doesn't it may be fossilized.
