ynot
It will help if You include a scale and more accurate location information. This piece does not look like a fossil, but may be burrow casts. Ludwigia
What makes you think that this is a bird dinosaur? Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/

Miocene_Mason
Just looks like an ironstone concretion, I do see the bird shape though, natures is often deceiving. “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason
Fossildude19
Cropped and brightened a bit. I don't think it is a fossil - not seeing evidence of bone, and shapes are just that sometimes. Keep looking though. Regards, Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks."
