Rocky Stoner
Hi group, I think this is another greenops pygidium. If it is, this make a Trilo-Trio, all three species found within inches of one another. The Eldredgeops was peeking out of a natural fracture and looked like it might possibly be more than just a cephalon ..... but, no luck. Only had about ten minutes to look today, hope to get a chance to look more tomorrow. Devonian, Mahantango from eastern WV. Kind regards.
ynot
At least You are finding better quality pieces. There has to be a whole one around the corner. (If You can just figure out where the corner is>) Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough." Miocene_Mason
Well those are nice, getting quite a few now! Soon you can open a little trilobite museum “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason
