Rocks - maybe some conglomerates with slickensides?

Rock, probably a decaying siltstone with clastic structures. From reading many of your posts may I suggest that a knowledgeable collecting partner might be of tremendous benefit in developing your "fossil seeing" skills. I know that that correlated with documentary research has helped me immensely.
