My daughter found this fossil today, and it looks like scales but we aren't exactly sure what it is. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks everyone! I consulted with a paleontologist at the University of Iowa and he thinks they are Favosites, which are often found in this area. He isn't 100% certain. It is such a remarkable find for her, and I love that my daughter loves fossils as much as I do.
