paxhunter
So since I went out on the bay yesterday i figured i'd press my luck and go out on the river today. Well check out the pathological hemi I scooped up.I know its hard to do it justice in pictures but check out the twists and curves on that bad boy. Plus just for @Fossil-Hound the rest of todays river finds lol.

ynot
Nice finds and the hemi is fantastic. Fossil-Hound
@paxhunter that Hemi is really neat. I also like the Cetacean tooth. Those are not as easy to find as the shark teeth. Do or do not. There is no try. - Yoda
Max-fossils
Nice haul! I agree with Jason, that dolphin tooth is awesome! That little hemi is wicked cool too! sixgill pete
Thats a gnarly little hemi. Looks like some I have found in Lee Creek material. Hemi's seem to be one of the most common types of teeth that develop pathologies. Maybe because of their diet? jcbshark
Excellent find....I love the pathologicals. Congrats. The ratio seems to differ from different locations but down here seems to be about one in 1000 Every once in a great while it's not just a big rock down there! Kimi64
cI am going to Jefferson Paterson Park tomorrow. I can always visit a bay beach, but I thought I would try the Pax instead. Any suggestions of where to go? Thanks!

Most people who venture out on the Pax paddle to drum cliff the rest of the exposures on the river are so tide dependent and obscure that people stay over on the bay but if you have a kayak id try drum cliff
Kimi64
No kayak yet, although I want one. I will file Drum Cliff away for future reference. Thank you.
