Can anyone advise this piece of Russian ammonite Audoliceras is real or composite?

yeah, 4 parts like aeon.rocks says, but a really good composite job.

I would've identified this piece as real. I didn't expect 4 pieces composition though.

 

Are these the 4 different parts?

I agree. And inner whorls of 99% of these ammonites are restored.
