Could you get more angles of the pic pls? Honesltly just looks like a part of the rock.

Looks like a brachiopod. Lucky to find an outcrop, I have heard of swatara but also heard it was paved over.

That makes sense, good thing you got one before then! Sorry I can't help with genus or species, all the Brachiopods (except for spiriferids and spiny ones) kind of mesh together in my head, but maybe someone else will.
