Looking for site to hunt in Austin or Liberty Hill area

My son and I are going to the Austin/Liberty Hill area this weekend.  Does anyone have any sites they recommend?   It is my first time to the area so I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I have lived in Austin for quite a while, and if there is anything worth seeing, it's a closely guarded secret

Not exactly the same, but if you're looking for somewhat educational weekend fun, you might check out the natural bridge caverns.

, San Gabriel River at Highway 183 between Leander and Liberty Hill park on the side of the road walk up River huge dinosaur tracks and I've seen a 15 in Black Flint knife found there. Great gravel beds not much mud
