Is it now legal to export Keichousaurus fossils from China?

I think Hong Kong and other regions may have looser laws, and with small kiechosauruses I doubt they put too much effort into enforcing fossil laws.

I just got a real one too from China (same seller you purchased from Aplomodo. :)  

Mine doesn't have the best prep but it does appear you can get real ones from China for a cheap price. I think a few sellers are doing it and I assume they are not truly risking their lives to do it. Good for collectors!
