LiamL
I purchased these as Ichthyosaur teeth but i wanted to post here to make sure that that's exactly what they are. All are from the Rhaetic period of the Upper Triassic. Age=210 Million Years. Origin=Gloucestershire UK. Preparation=Gently Cleaned. Macrophyseter
I read somewhere that some ichthyosaur roots are somewhat more box-shaped than other teeth roots. Not sure if this applies to all ichthyosaurs, but besides that, they all look pretty much like ichthyosaur teeth. 1 If you're a fossil nut from Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, or Torrance, feel free to shoot me a PM!
