For a more specific ID can you please show some close up photos of the top of the corallites (the honeycomb-looking view) and the sides (where the corallites look like tubes), and include something for scale. It is most likely a species of Favosites, but closeups are needed to be sure, and to even try to distinguish the species. Don Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Other possible tabulates, especially the heliolitids, are excluded as they have round corallites with thicker walls, compared to the honeycomb-like structure of Favosites.
