First impression is of a tabulate coral, as per your thread title.  For a more specific ID can you please show some close up photos of the top of the corallites (the honeycomb-looking view) and the sides (where the corallites look like tubes), and include something for scale.  It is most likely a species of Favosites, but closeups are needed to be sure, and to even try to distinguish the species.

It certainly is a Favosites.  Other possible tabulates, especially the heliolitids, are excluded as they have round corallites with thicker walls, compared to the honeycomb-like structure of Favosites.  The "side" (or longitudinal) view plus an indication of the diameter of the corallites may help get it to species.
