thelivingdead531
Sorry for another shipping question but, I've noticed that a lot of trade or auction deals (and sales) request to only ship within the United States because of shipping costs. I know shipping from the US to another country is expensive but has anyone ever shipped from the US to an APO address (Army/Air Force Post Office)? I'm located in England (and thankfully live off base) so I can actually have packages sent to me at both addresses (APO and house) depending on where they come from. If someone in the US wants to be a pseudo-Guinea pig and see if shipping would cost too much to send to APO then let me know (you don't have to actually mail anything to me). I see so many amazing fossils up for grabs, but only if you're in the US.
sixgill pete
@thelivingdead531 I know it once was that shipping to an APO or FPO was the same cost as shipping to any other U.S. address. However I am not sure about now. I would think it would be as it would be going through a military post office. Give me both addresses and I will go to USPS.com and using the same given weight, compare what it would be to send identical packages to the two different addresses...you might get a little surprise in the mail soon as well. Brett Breakin' Rocks
@thelivingdead531 Yes, we ship our mask and prop products occasionally to US service members at APO addresses all over the world and the cost varies little from what you might pay to send a parcel a few states away. Cheers, Brett The Google knows .... Ship to an APO/FPO/DPO and you'll pay domestic prices. Plus, use our Large Flat Rate Box and you'll save $2.00. https://www.usps.com/ship/apo-fpo-dpo.htm
