Geez, Tarquin! You think you'd be getting tired of all these honors :P But seriously, congratulations once again! You certainly do have a penchant for making some remarkable finds!

Pretty soon, we won't be able to fit all his awards on one page. :P

Congratulations, Tarquin - another beautiful fossil!

Thank you all for the kind comments and thanks to all who voted for anything!

I honestly wasn't expecting to win, I put it in out of interest to showcase an unusual and not often seen form. Perhaps it may help recognition of anything similar, the first fragment of one of these had me puzzled for a long while. :)

Excellent find once again, congrats:fistbump:

Hi Tarquin,

Well done you, I wonder if I have one of those, not like yours but maybe a fragment, will be on the look out.

Thanks again everyone!

@Brittle Star Thank you, there's a good chance in your material and I'd love to see it if you have - a few more examples, including fragments, on this forum here if you've not seen it already: Cornuella

Tarquin, looked at your link, if I do have anything related I think it will be the quashed end, it looks familiar but it is finding it again, still busy with my Oxford Clay stuff at the moment. Will have a quick look through any photos I have taken but more work needed on the rest of my finds from there. Exciting, cannot wait to retire (3 yrs to go) to get stuck in to catalogue and photo everything.
