Fossil or Rock?

I found this and several smaller ones in an ancient creek in the country of Georgia recently. This item is very heavy for its size.

Can't figure out what it is.Please help.

I think you have a (marcasite?) nodule.

Wish I had better photos from the Peabody museum. Could it be a cycad fossil ?

It could be a concretion, but I would like to see pictures from other angles.

Could be an ironstone or phosphate concretion.
