NE Florida Beach Find

That's where I was leaning, but I certainly wasn't expecting to find it in the ocean.  How old would it be?

Your photos are a little too dark for me to distinguish details.

Harry has provided some great charts to differentiate between different possibe animals.

1) What is the length of your fossil -- Bison and Bos (modern cow) are larger than Llama?

2) Does your fossil have the trochlea and excavation features of a bison or a cow?

 

A Bison or Llama is most likely a fossil over 10000 years old because the fossilization process takes approximately that long.  Modern cow is the last 400 years.
