Sorry for the belated congrats.  Just published in the November issue of the Journal of Paleontology.

The accomplishments are already legendary.  TFF is very fortunate to have Jack Wittry as a member.

The term 'amateur' is obviously a misnomer in this case.  This impressive list of citations definitely transcends into the 'professional' realm.

True, which is why I put "amateur" in quotations.  Perhaps "non-professional" or "avocational paleontologist" would have been better?

I understood your intent perfectly.  Hardly an avocational paleontologist with those credentials.
