The first one looks to me like a Brannerion latum.

The second one is definitely a Vinctifer comptoni.

Both are from the Cretaceous Santana Formation in Brazil.

There were two species recognized from the Santana formation: Brannerion latum (Agassiz, 1841) and Brannerion vestitum (Jordan and Branner, 1908).
