Peace river rat
Found all 3 of these under the peace river bridge, after Irma. All within a ft of each other, no other associated bones. Don't seem quite fossilized, cow? Thanks!

OR, a trilobite, enlarger, or saddle shrinker! I used to be a tattoo artist, I should draw one for my avatar!
jcbshark
I think you’re correct with bovid and probably recent given the way you found them and they seem a little lighter colored than typical peace river pieces, I’m sure Harry will be along to confirm or correct Every once in a great while it's not just a big rock down there! Even though not fossils, still a cool find. Also, first associated find, ever!

No, you're right -- bovid, likely a cow. That is a strange tooth on the right in the image -- a deciduous tooth. The other two appear to be adult teeth, the left one unerupted. This was a youngish cow, perhaps swept away in high water, or perhaps taken by a 'gator. http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest
