Fossil found on a beach of Baltic Sea. I'll appreciate if someone tell is that Nautiloidea or maybe other Cephalopoda?

Looks like an orthoconic cephalopod to me.

Almost looks like a Chondrichthyan tooth fragment. What are the dimensions of the specimen?

Orthocone seem right to me. The convex nature of the end showing what appears to be a remnant of septum is a good indication.

One would expect more contrast from the matrix and less deformation if it were a crinoid stem.

@Rockwood yea I saw that, but at least on my computer I can’t really tell whether or not there is a pattern or what that lighter stuff on the end is. Maybe I should have asked for better lighting on an end closeup...
