Incredible find!  I am saving up to take a trip out to Bakersfield!  It is on my bucket list of fossil sites I want to see.

Great find and coloration :) I too have been to Bakersfield and I'm still looking for that giant like yours! I bet you were absolutely stoked when you saw that. Gotta go find an even bigger one now! ;D

Your wife sounds like a very special woman, that although she found it, she gave you the honor of removing it, because she loves you and wanted you to have that experience more than she wanted to have it for herself.

THAT is a sweet Meg! Huge and high quality! Almost never find megs with that perfect blend! So jelly! :meg::envy:
