Hello,

I caused a little bit of excitement at the DPS Fossilmania last month when I pulled this out.  After going from person to person, the consensus was rudist.  However, I wanted to get a few more opinions and see if possibly, we can get more specific.  Found in Bell County, TX near Lake Belton.  Possibly transported, so not sure of the formation, but definitely Cretaceous.

I agree with rudist, partly because of the segmentation shown in the second to last picture

The specimen looks to be a caprinid rudist.
