bmitchell887
I’m not a person to try and show off or one up a person. I only want to learn and better myself without stepping on toes and enjoy what I do. I thank everyone for having positive comments and helping me on my previous posts. Here’s some of the finds that I’m pretty proud of and looking for opinions and what people think.
coled18
Very nice collection! It looks like you got a beautiful meg on the top left and what looks like a giant white shark tooth underneath and to the left of it. I may be wrong; I am not sure where you got these from and I don't know much about shark tooth fossils. I've lived in Hawaii so what I know about shark teeth is pretty modern stuff for the most part. Assuming that you got these in VA/ the area nearby VA, this may be helpful if you haven't found it already: http://www.fossilguy.com/sites/calvert/calv_srk.htm#cosmo CD
ynot
It is hard to see the teeth well in the picture. Better pictures of fewer teeth at a time (Like the second picture) would help with IDs. Please show front and back of each tooth, with a scale. It also helps if You number the pieces for reference. Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." bmitchell887
Most of these I can ID pretty well except with the name changes for the mako/great white/ hastalis. So the top left going to the right is a pre-meg because of the slight cusps on it, two otodus obliquus, two Carcharocles chubutensis, the one on the end on the top row is becoming a mystery to me because it looks like a mako but has serrations (I'll get a closer picture of it later). Second row left to right, two mako/great wihte/hastalis, two retroflexus, a small meg with another just below it, the last three are a mystery to me at this time. 5 hemipristis on the bottom row, 3 croc teeth and a dolphin teeth. Most of these have been identified for me when they were found and I know some teeth have had their names changed.

bmitchell887
I knew the two teeth had to be some part of the cow shark but the lemon shark keeps stumping me. Thanks @ynot
