Where was this found?

What is the size?

Whatever it is, looks like it has been sawed in half.

Possibly manmade.  The outer gray border looks surprisingly uniform.

Looks to be a "moqui marble" - a concretion with a sandstone core surrounded by iron oxide. A photo is attached below, courtesy of Paul Heinrich, who uploaded this to Wikipedia.

I cut it with a tile saw.  It seemed to cut really easy.   The inside feels like sand  the out side is a lot harder.
