I found this today on the beach under a clay cliff, it is known for agate And chalcedony to be found on this beach, what would I call this, it looks like some sort of a bone maybe?

Agate.

Agate can form a botryoidal surface while growing. Sometimes there will be a separation along the layer lines. If convex, looking at the top side, if concave, then the underside.

Agate can make "limb casts", but I do not think that is the case here.

It reminds me of Lithophysa . The conical radiating structures visible in the first picture look like biconoids / multiconoids.

It looks pretty solid all the way through after cleaning It apart from the crystals that feel off while cleaning it, i will post some more angles to try help identify

Agate is a cryptocrystalline quartz. If the conditions of the deposition change - larger quartz crystals can form. These crystals are intergrown and misshapen.

That is what You have with the glassy fragments looking pieces. Where the individual quartz crystals have separated.
