Im not knowledgeable on these critters but can post some photos of one.

A few odd things it does not appear to have pelvic bones?  Same is true for the shoulder area.  Hidden by ribs?

This is what  N. young limbs should look like

Skull looks a bit different in the premaxilla and postorbital elements could be due to size difference or it's a different animal

Can you imagine how much nicer this would be if it was professionaly prepped?  I call this the 'Sand Job' technique.

As far as I know, whether you could see the scapula or the pelvic bones depends on whether the fossil is exposing the dorsal or ventral side.  It is in generally more often to see fossil showing the ventral side so that both the scapula and the pelvic bones can be seen.  Take a look of the Keichousaurus hui specimens below.
