My aunt used to make similar items from collected moose droppings in Fairbanks, Alaska back in the day.  I remember ornaments, earrings, pendants and these cute little bugs she called Alaskan Moosekeeters.

Mr. Hankey!

Bulldozers and dirt Bulldozers and dirt
behind the trailer, my desert
Them red clay piles are heaven on earth
I get my rocks off, bulldozers and dirt

I guess it beats getting a lump of coal for Christmas, but not by much. :ighappy:

You did say they were fossilized, right?

They are fossilized but you got me thinking. Maybe a real one for the boss man? Hahaha

Oh you (boss man) have a gift for me as well?  A pink slip...how thoughtful!

Something tells me you won't be working there very long if you give the gift of poo, no matter how much love and gratitude is behind it.

I just love telling people here that my friend in the US sent me a poo in the post.

And now that another one is on the way from someone I barely know.

They think that Americans must really hate me. :D

Even when i explain they still look rather dubious and can't understand why i'm so happy!

Ah, a man after my own heart. You should see the look I get when I tell people I study the stuff - simply priceless!

That is very true and he’s not somebody I’d give it to but I had to pick a name out of the hat and it was his :(

A gift card for a restaurant is somewhat impersonal and nontreatening. He/she can take their spouse to dinner.
