Psittachosaurus from China

Take a look of this very well preserved Psittachosaurus from Hezheng, Gansu.  It looks genuine to me.  What do you think?

And it's funny to see that the matrix is bound by some tape, presumably preventing the matrix from breaking apart.

There is no such Dinosaur with that name it's probably a Psittacosaurus but cannot determine that without seeing the skull.  It's normal to use any material to hold together the matrix block and I've seen that before.  Your photos are not adequate to determine the authenticity of the bone.   Need higher resolution in better light and more of them without a tape measure.  The right foot and arm appears to be staged and may be a composite.  I would be surprised if the skull is not a composite very typical.
