Unidentified Guizhou Fish

Any idea what is this species?  It’s from Luoping of Guizhou and the people there can’t identify it, could it be a new species?

Might be difficult to ID from the angle it is exposed. Looks to be directly belly up position, so you are looking at it from the underside of the body.

I think this might be the same type of coelacanth as the last one you posted.
