You should do the auctions in Morocco for your homeland.If the diggers thought they would get a percentage they may not smuggle.They probably only got a small amount for it.

Good plan! 

But i would keep the money and then the Mexican schools would get nothing and the Moroccan diggers no extra.

Hopefully some drug lord will shell out the cash and pay to rebuild the school.  I doubt any sane person would pay that amount of money for a string of ordinary looking caudal verts even though its from a very cool dinosaur.
