Well,  I did try... I have been to the Burren, the Cliffs of Mohr and Connemara a number of times and being the fossil addicted person I am,  I looked at the Irish rocks trying to find a fossil... any fossil. Granted I did not have a lot of time, but I did not find a fossil.
