I did a google search and everything that came up was in French, hence no definitive answer. But my brilliant thought process deduced you are from France?? Fossile tertiare is not a location, but a reference to the Cenozoic area. Those fossils are from the area of "Montagne de Reims" where al the Champagne comes from growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional.
