Quite a while ago, I found these two pieces at the beach near South Ponte Vedra, FL, where I find every fossil in my collection. One, most likely, is a bone, may be rib? I am not sure about the other piece.  I would appreciate any help ID'ing it.

Due to the hollowness of the bone, possibly bird tibiotarsus, on the second item?

Wait for someone who is more familiar with bones, though. ;)

One end of the bone looks like it was cut or sawn.

Thank you Tim. The picture does not do justice to the second piece, it is definitely not cut or sawn.
