I found this Psittacosaurus specimen online, pretty positive it is a real fossil, however not sure if this is really a Psittacosaurus for various reasons.

Here are the pictures associated with it, it was pretty vague with no location to where it was found, which is why I am posting it in the is it real because of lack of information.

The caudal vertebra in the matrix have some resemblance to psittacosaurus see photo.  However without careful examination of the bones I'm not comfortable saying its one.

Have a different concern.  I went on to the seller listing and looked at other Psittacosaurus items he's selling.  The leg bones looked wrong.  A fibula should not be longer than the tibia.  A femur " I think" looks like is placed where a tibia should be or if it's tibia it should not be smaller than the femur.  Took a closer look at this specimen and have a big concern it's been composited.  The matrix is in pieces if you look at the bottom looks assembled.  I would pass on this item just too many red flags.

Troodon is correct, the bones are placed in a reconstituted matrix. Likely these pieces came from a composite pseudo-psittacosaurus that was so badly damaged in shipping that selling off the pieces was the best alternative.

It could be.

I would contact the seller for more detail on provenance.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I think i'll follow troodon's advice and pass, with the various red flags, lack of info, and odd matrix, I think its best to say it is not worth the risk to buy the item.

Once again thanks for the help, much appreciated. :dinothumb::ighappy:
