sx3
Hi Guys, My Swedish limestone floors are full of fossils. Mostly ortoceratit but I have a couple I haven't been able to identify. First on out is the one I call "the tooth" or "The middle finger". The second one is what I'm calling the Jelly fish. Anyone know what fossils theese are? Attaching a overview picture of the floors aswell, perhaps someone sees something nice. Edited March 4, 2018 by sx3
Auspex
I see sections through a cephalopod, and (i think) a brachiopod. 2 "There has been an alarming increase in the number of things I know nothing about." - Ashleigh Ellwood Brilliant “Try to learn something about everything and everything about something.” - Thomas Henry Huxley >Paleontology is an evolving science. >May your wonders never cease! GeschWhat
What a great floor! I'm interested what the experts have to say - especially with regard to the fossil in the second photo. sx3
The limestome is either from "Borghamn" or from "öland", bought second hand and the seller didn't really remember. Both Bornhamn and Öland limestone look similar and are packed with fossils. Adding another photo from the "graveyard"

Innocentx
What a fun floor! If this is your bathroom, you won't need any reading material with such an entertaining floor. 1 "Journey through a universe ablaze with changes" Phil Ochs
