My latest addition is this monster Suchomimus tooth. 6cm in a straight line. It’s quite worn but most teeth from this region are.

My new addition to my dinosaur tooth collection was amazingly self found during a weekend away in the Isle of Wight. It definitely feels nice finding your own tooth.

Absolutely beautiful tooth! They are always way more special when you find them yourself.

Thanks Randy! I never experienced the thrill before but I can see why others enjoy collecting for themselves so much

Thank you! Just a couple of bone pieces and picked up some fossilised wood. The tooth was definitely the highlight

Notice the lingual twist of the tooth which is a feature of brachiosaurids. A small yet real gem of a tooth!

My first Pterosaur tooth in my collection is this rare tooth from the Isle of Wight. I’ll need to do a bit of research in to the species. Any suggestions or help welcome!

Those of you who know me know I have been after a Torvosaurus tooth for a long long time. I am pleased to say the wait is now over. The tooth was collected by the famous palaeontologist Henry Galiano.

Very nice tooth! How big is it?

Thank you. Just over 2 inches so would still like a big one in the future. Here’s an image of my Morrison Dino teeth so you can hopefully get a gauge

That’s a great collection. I was lucky and was able to pick up a 3.5 inch one recently. I love this species. Good size but not the quality you have.

Oh so you were the buyer of that tooth. Congratulations. I’m hopeful of adding a large Torvosaurus to my collection eventually

There have been some discussions that there were more than one baryonchid on the Isle of Wight and given some clear differences in my four teeth I own I wouldn’t be against this being true.

I can’t wait for further discoveries to be found on the island and also throughout other locations across the world
