Rare Trilobite Drawing 2

I chose to draw another rare Trilobite from New York. Hypodicranotus striatulus is an "alien" looking bug with streamlined features. It is Ordovician in age and hails from the Rust-Walcott quarry in mid- state New York. The picture of the real fossil is from the Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology.

Just realized you had done more! The ones with total symmetry I like the most. Definitely worthy of illustrating in a book or adorning a wall! Congratulations on your work!

...aren't they all a bit alien looking?

But I do see what you mean. Your real one there even has the same texture and sheen as "Alien".
