Welcome to the Fossil Forum,  I hope you find it useful... There are good and knowledgeable people here.

A measurement would be VERY helpful.  My initial thought is whale,  but that is a guess until we have clear closeup photos and measurement

Of what can be lived in these layers marine organisms length between 3 and 6 meters.  Is there a good book you recommend me?

Every single fossil you see is a miracle set in stone, and should be treated as such.

Whales were much smaller back then than the huge baleen whales of today. 

And you're missing a lot of the length, i think. 

Didn't you already find a bucket full of Ptychodus sp?
