Baryonyx
Hello, I was wondering if this tooth, is a composite of two teeth. What do you think?
Troodon
There are a number of these teeth being offered for sale, or just sold and a few have been repaired. Its impossible to derermine if this is a composite or just two halves reattached. The coloration of the roots is similar and the location of the cusps is accurate so its possible it's just a repair
Tidgy's Dad
I think the enamel has just come off the centre section, leaving the fossilized 'dentine' behind. I say real, but not great condition. Life's Good! Tortoise Friend.

Tidgy's Dad
That's subjective and I live in Morocco, where If I go way down south, i can get better ones very cheaply. It really depends if you like it for the price it's offered at. Life's Good! Tortoise Friend.
Troodon
It's been sold and no longer available. I do not like the tooth because of the poor repair and it's missing a couple of cusps why it's so subjective. Buy what you like not what I like. caldigger
Well if you change your name to Splat's Dad, you are sure to get a heck of a lot more questions about it...that is unless your children are named Squish, Plop and Smear.

I don't have children. If I did they would all be called Adam, including the girls; it's a great name and 'twould be easy to remember. Life's Good! Tortoise Friend. Laditz
Sorry if I kinda hijack this topic, but was wondering if the species name "Pappocetus Lugardi" these teeth were advertised by is 100% correct or is there any debate about it? I actually bought one of the other ones listed that day, and wanted to check if I should put/keep that name on it's ID-card.
