Not Cruziana.  

I would say it is more like Taenidium serpentinum, or something similar.

Thank you for the pictures.
If it's Taenidium, it can be T. baretti with its large temporal distribution (Devonian-Pleistocene). If the specimen in question is from Devonian, T. serpentinum, T. satanassi, T. cameronensis can be ruled out.
