Dastilbe?

Hey everyone, so I missed out on the little fishes that everyone helped ID for me not long ago (boo hoo!), but I came across these two little ones today and was wondering if they’re also dastilbe? The slab is listed at being 10x7 cm, with the larger fish being 5 cm and the smaller one 2 cm. I love the look of the smaller fish, could it possibly be a fry? Thanks in advance for the tremendous help I know I’ll receive from the wonderful people here!

Yes they look like Dastilbe from North Brasil. Is the specific location know? Just curious, what's a fry? If I google it I only get food results.

Yep, Dastilbe is correct.

Unfortunately only size information was given, no locations.

A fry is a baby fish. :)

I think Dastilbe, but last time i said that i was wrong.

Just a small fish, i think.

gigantoraptor, a fry is a small or young fish, so literally this is one, I suppose, though the word is often used to mean a not fully developed small fish, which I don't think is the case here.

The expression "Small fry" is used to mean people of no significance.

fry is generally meant to be a newly hatched or birthed fish.
