DatFossilBoy
Hello all! First of all, happy Easter to all Christians! Hope you are all having a wonderful day,Easter or not Easter. I was curious to know, which Tyrannosaurid teeth are the rarest complete??? Does it depend on...? Is it THE T-Rex or is it another Tyrannosaurid? I would want to know more about these incredible beasts. Do you know how many Tyrannosaurid species exists? What is the real Tyrannosaurid tooth jackpot? Kind regards for your help and comments. (Don’t quite know if this is the adequate topic... feel free to redirect it.) Thomas
Troodon
Happy Easter T-rex teeth are some of the most common next to Nanotyrannus. Tyrannosaurids teeth are found in most every continent so there are a lot to choose from to decide which is the rarest and eveyone will choose a differenpt one. Attached find Tom Holts genus list updated as of 2012 so its not current Tyrannosauroids start in page 10 followed by tyrannosaurids https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.geol.umd.edu/~tholtz/dinoappendix/HoltzappendixWinter2011.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjfrtOLxZnaAhWKGnwKHRPcCZgQFjAAegQICBAB&usg=AOvVaw1BAzKwOWWPvyfDfdjj0fD3
gigantoraptor
Tyrannosaurus, Nanotyrannus, and Tyrannosaurids from Judith River etc. arent very rare. I think you will need lots of money and good Luck in Finding them if you want Tyrannosaur species from the other continents. Tarbosaurus and Timurlengia shold be possible though. Are Tarbosaurus and Timurlengia rarer than T-Rex? What is the tipical location of Tarbosaurus? What about Aublysodon. Saw a tooth online for quite cheap. Daspletosaurus? Cheers

Troodon
You canot buy Tarbosaurus teeth since its illegal to export them from Asia. Timurlenga can be exported so they are more available.

I'm not sure if Timurlengia is less common than T. rex, I just guess they don't reach the open market that often. Tarbosaurus is more rare and also a lot more expensive. The best chance is probably an old collection.
