I just came across a plate of Actinopterella from the Chapman sandstone (Lochkovian/Pragian) northern Maine. Some of them look close.

I'm not familiar enough with the Arkona fauna which is different from the Hamilton Group (Middle Devonian) of New York. For me, this one bears a resemblance to Pterinopecten, primarily based on the shape of the anterior part of the shell and the ribbing. Hopefully more will express an opinion on this. Oh and by the way, that is one stunning fossil specimen. Congratulations.
