Camarasaurus or Brachiosaurus tooth?

I'm leaning more towards a Camarasaurus because the crown/spoon head doesn't twist much from the neck of the root.

Info on where found:

Morrison Formation, Big Horn Basin Ranch, Wyoming
2.25″ long

Definitely leaning towards Camrosaurus on this one because there is no basal twist. Also, the shape of the tooth resembles more of a Camarasaurus tooth.

Second on the camarasaurus id, also must say what a beautiful tooth very nice find.

Thanks for the verification on the ID and yes its absolutely incredible but this specimen is a bit too expensive at the moment for a fairly common sauropod found in North America.

Really nice tooth!

Shame it was too expensive :(

Yh it's about $1000 or so a bit too much right now as I'm looking for some of the more rarer teeth.

I don't know much about these things, but that seems a bit excessive to me.

Good luck with your search! :)

I mean it's a good quality specimen however I just think it's overpriced by the person selling it just like most of the other stuff the seller sells! If it was at a reasonable price I would consider it but it's not in my opinion. Thanks!

If you are interested in a camarasaurus tooth I can hook you up with a supplier with a nicer teeth priced significantly less.   Can send you a PM with details.
